About Rebecca Ellen

Rebecca Ellen was born in Mid-Wales. With a passion for design she completed a Foundation National Diploma in Art and Design, gaining a Distinction. Totally fascinated by the world of textiles she enrolled on a Fashion and Textiles course at Bath Spa University gaining a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in 2007.

Since leaving university Rebecca has exhibited at New Designers and Tent London, selling her printed and embroidered papers to customers such as Anthropologie.

Now based in South Wales, Rebecca creates wallpaper that demonstrates the visual impact that embroidery can have, when viewed over a large area. With a fascination in exploring objects or moments in time that may seem forgettable and capturing them in stitch, she transforms the ordinary into beautiful designs that reflect the unique style of Rebecca Ellen.
